Pruitt Polled Hereford Ranch started in the registered Polled Hereford Cattle business in 1986. We have strived to use in our AI program the top bulls of the breed. Our emphasis has centered around milking ability, with balanced EPDs. We are a Total Performance breeder. We currently run about 80 registered Polled Herefords and 20 commercial cows. The ranch has two locations, one in Wood Co. and one in Franklin Co., Texas.

One of our heifers was purchased and shown by Hamman Ranch. She was Reserve Cow Calf champion for 2004 in the Polled Hereford division of the Southwestern Stock Show in Ft.Worth.

In the spring of 2007 we will be selling about 45 breeding age cows and about 15 heifers. We will list them on our web site.
